Most Leybold TURBOVAC TMP models produce a clean, hydrocarbon free vacuum at an ultimate pressure of <10-10 mbar. This is the ModUL version which is the versetile version that allows for a variety of backing pumps to be used. This small portable helium leak detector is very light (67 lbs./30.5 kg) which includes the hand held control.
